TIAG’S MRESILIENCE PLATFORM AWARDED SPOT ON NORTH CAROLINA SHERIFFS’ ASSOCIATION TECHNOLOGY MASTER CONTRACT

Purpose-built for officer wellness, mResilience equips law enforcement with secure, on-demand tools for mental health, peer support, and stress management.
RESTON, VA – TIAG, proudly announces that its mResilience® platform has been awarded a position on the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association (NCSA) Technology Procurement Program for the 2025–2026 contract year. This inclusion enables law enforcement agencies nationwide to streamline procurement of the mResilience platform, enhancing officer wellness and peer support initiatives.
mResilience is a secure, mobile-first wellness and peer support platform designed specifically for law enforcement personnel. It offers evidence-based tools to manage stress, build resilience, and foster a culture of mental health support within agencies. The platform has been vetted and approved by the National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Wellness Division and is listed in their Approved Provider Bulletin.
“Being included in the NCSA Technology Procurement Program is a significant milestone for mResilience,” said Neil Lampton, President and CEO of TIAG. “This recognition underscores our commitment to providing innovative solutions that address the unique challenges law enforcement officers face. Our platform is designed to support their mental health and overall well-being, essential for effective community policing.”
The adaptability of mResilience extends beyond law enforcement. TIAG is actively collaborating with Department of Defense organizations through the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to tailor the platform for military use. This initiative aims to support operational stress control for military personnel, leveraging the platform’s flexible architecture to meet the specific needs of service members.
“The versatility of mResilience allows us to address the wellness needs of both first responders and military personnel,” said Umang Modi, Managing Principal at TIAG. “By adapting our platform for military use, we aim to provide service members with the tools necessary to manage stress and maintain readiness, ultimately enhancing mission effectiveness.”
The NCSA Technology Procurement Program facilitates cooperative purchasing for law enforcement agencies, streamlining the acquisition of approved technologies. With mResilience now part of this program, agencies can efficiently implement a proven solution to support officer wellness and resilience.
