TIAG® Expands Relationship with Army Resilience Directorate with Global Assessment Tool Support and Sustainment Services

TIAG has been contracted to support the the Readiness and Resilience mission (R2) of the Army Resilience Directorate (ARD) as it enhances the Behavioral Health Survey Instrument (BH Pulse) with digital data collection through a web-based, mobile survey and online survey management system to assist Behavioral Health Officers and their commanders assess unit health.

“We are honored to extend our relationship with ARD. BH Plus is part of the larger initiative at ARD to help build resilience and mental fitness across the Army,” shares TIAG General Manager, Charlie Doutt. “As part of our work administering and reporting on BH Plus, we will be helping train uniformed psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists as part of the Combat Operational Stress Control Course at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence.”

The R2 initiative was formed with a mission to maintain and execute a holistic resiliency and fitness capability for Soldiers, Families and Army Civilians in order to enhance performance and build resilience. ARD’s vision is to build an Army of balanced, healthy, self-confident Soldiers, Families, and Army Civilians whose resilience and total fitness enables them to excel in an era of high operational tempo and persistent conflict.

“We are excited to continue working with ARD supporting R2 and the BH Pulse. We are passionate about ARD’s work and doing our part to positively impact its mission of providing effective suicide, substance abuse, sexual harassment, and assault prevention and education at all levels of command,” shares Managing Principal and Chief Strategy Officer, Umang Modi.

BH Pulse was developed at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), in conjunction with psychiatrists from the Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), and is a survey tool that Behavioral Health Officers (BHOs) use to provide commanders with an assessment of behavioral health across their formations. As part of this contract, TIAG will also perform data collection, data processing, data analysis, and report generation.
