tiag® Chosen as Award Recipient of GSA’s $15 Billion Alliant 2 Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract to Deliver High-Quality IT Solutions Across All Government Agencies

RESTON, Va., February 23, 2018 – tiag® is honored to be chosen as a prime contract award recipient of the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant 2 Small Business (A2SB) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). As a 10-year, $15 billion government contract acquisition vehicle, this is a competitive, highly coveted multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Maintaining an “Anything IT Anywhere” philosophy, it is designed to provide all federal defense and civilian agencies with an efficient, flexible way to procure a full range of worldwide information technology (IT) solutions.

“We are honored and pleased to have won a seat at this government-wide table of opportunity in which all government agencies can easily leverage the GSA Alliant 2 Small Business contract to purchase innovative IT solutions that tiag delivers,” says Neil Lampton, tiag’s president and chief operating officer.

Under this contract, tiag will provide a full scope of IT solutions that include systems management, cloud computing, infrastructure, systems integration, information assurance, cybersecurity, data center consolidation, health IT, software and mobile application development, operations and management, among other IT services.

tiag Chief Strategy Officer Umang Modi notes that this win represents yet another major achievement for this fast-growing IT firm. This additional contract bolsters the company’s existing federal acquisition programs through GSA that include GSA 8(a) Stars II (Prime) and GSA Schedule 70 (Primes) for IT Professional Services and Health IT Services. The A2SB GWAC is significant considering tiag currently provides health IT solutions for Defense Health Agency (DHA), which — consequent to a strategic, seven-year GSA-DHA Health IT Partnership — is now using GSA vehicles (including IT Schedule 70 and the Alliant, Alliant SB, 8(a)STARS II and VETS Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts) as the primary means of procuring supplies and services to support its existing and emerging health IT requirements.

“This positions tiag well for continued growth and success in providing a full range of integrated, affordable, high-quality IT services that help government agencies achieve their missions,” says Modi.
