TIAG AWARDED NIH CONTRACT TO MODERNIZE OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AT RESEARCH FACILITIES

The 5-year prime contract, supporting the NIH Office of Research Facilities, leverages TIAG’s deep expertise in operational technology and cybersecurity to enhance security and efficiency across NIH’s extensive real estate portfolio.
RESTON, VA – TIAG, an innovative technology company delivering strategic, transformational solutions for the federal government, has been awarded a 5-year prime contract to provide Facility Operational Technology Systems (FOTS) Support to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Research Facilities (ORF).
TIAG will provide comprehensive FOTS support for the NIH ORF, which is responsible for the entire facility lifecycle of the agency’s vast portfolio, including over 17 million square feet across more than 291 buildings. The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of critical Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
“This is a significant win for TIAG and a testament to our team’s deep expertise in delivering complex and secure operational technology solutions for our federal clients,” said Neil Lampton, President and COO.
TIAG’s selection for the FOTS contract builds on a recent track record of securing mission-critical operational technology and cybersecurity contracts, including a recent $69 million award by NIWC Atlantic. The company’s deep expertise in the federal healthcare and defense sectors is further evidenced by its long-standing relationship with the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, where it has provided advanced IT and IM services since 2010, securing a 4-year prestigious contract renewal in August 2024. Additionally, TIAG delivered a cutting-edge digital interface for the Army’s Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) initiative through a competitive SBIR contract, leveraging its Warrior Performance Platform to enhance Soldier readiness and wellbeing. These recent successes, combined with prime contracts on key government-wide acquisition vehicles, solidify TIAG’s position as a trusted and capable partner for federal health agencies.
“We are proud to support the NIH ORF’s vital mission by providing the robust technology backbone required for their facilities to function safely and efficiently,” said Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer Umang Modi.
