TIAG Awarded ISO/IEC 20000-1 Certification

Global authority on international IT standards has confirmed TIAG’s advanced IT service management approach

RESTON, Va. TIAG announced that it has been awarded certification for ISO 20000-1 for IT service management. This certification is in addition to the company’s previous ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, ISO® 9001:2015 certification, and CMMI® Level 3 Appraisal.

Created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), ISO/IEC 20000-1 is a service management best practices guide. Similar in intent but different in execution to the Informational Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000-1 was created for the purpose of helping organizations develop and maintain excellent services for its customers and employees.
