TIAG ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

RESTON, Va.—On Oct. 25, 2022, TIAG will join the Defense Department as part of their Military Spouse Employment Partnership during an in-person induction ceremony and annual event in Arlington, Virginia. TIAG joins more than 70 new partners to MSEP—bringing the number of employers to more than 615.
“We have a strong commitment to supporting service members and Veterans—and that includes military spouses. We are grateful for their service and the sacrifices they make and have a variety of remote and flexible opportunities to utilize their unique talents,” said Neil Lampton, President and COO of TIAG.
MSEP connects military spouses with hundreds of partner employers who commit to recruit, hire, promote, and retain military spouses. Since its inception in 2011, MSEP employers have hired more than 220,000 military spouses.
“We know that it can be a challenge for military spouses to find and maintain employment due to frequent station moves. But we believe that shouldn’t be a deterrent for them to find career opportunities—this is a group of almost one million individuals across the globe with diverse skills and unique perspectives. And we would love to have their talents at TIAG, especially as we see an increase in remote and hybrid flexibility!” said Caitlin Yelinek, Executive Director of Talent Management for TIAG.
For those interested in viewing TIAG’s induction into the partnership, the Defense Department will livestream the Welcome Remarks and Induction Ceremony on the Military OneSource and Spouse Education and Career Opportunities Facebook pages, and the Military OneSource YouTube channel at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
