As general manager for TIAG, Ross focuses on tailoring our innovative services to best benefit the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other civilian agencies.
With 18-years of progressive leadership and management experience in the FBI, DHS, DoD, Intelligence Community—Ross is an exceptional communicator who gets to heart of what’s important to create customer-centric strategies and tools for accelerating growth, streamline operations, and deepen relationships.
Ross has a mission-first mindset and is uniquely positioned to render outstanding results for the DHS. He is a decorated combat Veteran with two Bronze Star medals and a former Army Military Intelligence Officer with over six years of Active Duty military service, including two years of operational and leadership experience while being deployed to Afghanistan. Respected as a PMP and ISO-certified strategic leader, Ross has successfully delivered IT, engineering, and analytic services for federal agencies and is a five-time winner of the BAE Systems Chairman’s Awards for Innovation, Enhanced Customer Performance, and Total Performance Culture.
Before TIAG, Ross served as Vice President and Division Manager of Cyberspace Solutions, LLC, where he led all facets of P&L, employee management, customer engagement, and collaboration across the enterprise. In his prior role as Senior Business Development Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, Ross served as DHS Business Development Account Manager for a $6 billion BPA while providing cyber-security tools and services to DHS and dozens of federal agencies. As the Senior Program Manager for BAE Systems, Ross provided direction and management to 180+ intelligence analysts, assisted with lifecycle and profit/loss management, and developed extensive bid and proposal experience while working to build other business development initiatives.
