Since joining TIAG in 2005, Neil has risen from software engineer to director, general manager, vice president, and now president and COO. Over the course of his tenure, he has led complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives that have transformed operations across the Department of Defense. His work has supported major organizations, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Air Force Medical Command, U.S. Army Medical Command, Defense Health Agency, Army Materiel Command, and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, among others.
