Caitlin has a passion for helping people find not just jobs, but careers. With incredible expertise in corporate recruitment, internal talent management, proposal staffing and on-boarding; Caitlin drives the talent pipeline at TIAG as our Executive Director of Talent Management. Her strategic focus and commitment to helping recruit veterans, cleared individuals, and employee-driven referrals ensures TIAG is best positioned to attract, promote, and retain the best and brightest talent. Caitlin also leads and co-chairs TIAG’s philanthropic program, TIAG Cares, which is dedicated to giving back to the communities in which we live and work by providing employee-led volunteerism, support, and resources.

Caitlin graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hospitality Management and currently serves on the Alumni Society Board as President Elect where she helps foster innovation and excellence while enhancing the reputation of the degree programs of the College of Health and Human Development.
