RESTON, Va., Apr. 5, 2017 — During April’s Month of the Military Child, the Department of Defense (DoD) is celebrating America’s military kids by sharing supportive resources to foster their resilience. The Military Kids Connect® program is the only DoD initiative designed to help military children ages 6 to 17 through the unique psychological challenges of military life.
