AAG is responsible for delivering solutions across the Army and the Department and Defense (DoD), while maintaining accountability and timely reporting required as the stewards of DoD resources. AAG provides system configuration and analytical services for the Army’s senior leadership, and innovative applications and data integration across the enterprise. AAG’s problem-solving capabilities involve massive enterprise data integration and analysis coupled with the most advanced information technology solutions.

The Challenge

AAG needed expertise for a mission involving massive enterprise system configuration, data integration management, analysis, support, training, and other services and solutions for complex business and workflow challenges.

The Solution

Advancing AAG’s Data Framework Initiatives project, tiag was chosen to build, sustain and enhance AAG-supported applications. Along with a team comprising Akimeka, LLC and Enterprise Information Services, Inc., tiag provides comprehensive software development and engineering, system configuration, data integration, security, enterprise change-management and quality-assurance services.

The Result

tiag is working directly with stakeholders to solve their business and workflow challenges, and to help AAG maintain its current portfolio of applications while onboarding new, customized applications. In this multi-year mission, tiag is building and sustaining custom business applications that meet the dynamic needs of end users within the Department of Defense. tiag is designing, documenting and integrating modification and enhancements for the AAG supported applications, among them, tools for case management, financial and resource management, talent management and other workflows. tiag also provides software training for Army senior leadership and AAG staff. To help improve the delivery of healthcare to our nation’s soldiers, clinical analysis from tiag's medical data integration process is used to identify soldiers at high risk for psychological trauma and other negative incidents. tiag also evaluates machine-learning algorithms and models in support of efforts to automate the adjudication of security clearances.
