The TIAG ITSM group has received widespread recognition throughout the US Army and other Department of Defense organizations for achieving the highest levels of IT performance, management and resultant superior customer service. We have implemented ITIL based Service Desks that enabled large, government organizations to track and effectively monitor changes in their environment, know the impact of a change before it occurs and increase their visibility throughout the enterprise.
U.S. Army Regional Health Command – Atlantic (RHC-A, formerly Northern Regional Medical Command) relied on TIAG for comprehensive evaluation and implementation of cybersecurity / information assurance policy throughout the region, and for technological support to remediate security vulnerabilities. Helping to prevent ransomware attacks and protect the Army’s medical network and devices from future cybersecurity vulnerabilities, TIAG adapted the Army’s newly adopted Risk Management Framework (RMF) cybersecurity accreditation process in this work to convert sites from the prior DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to RMF. Delivering cybersecurity solutions, enterprise management and web support for the entire region by hosting the customer’s internet and intranet platforms, TIAG also provided services for data analytics, infrastructure optimization and business intelligence.
Supporting the mission of U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and its Corporate Information Operations Center (COIC), TIAG was chosen for multi-year missions to provide round-the-clock network monitoring, information assurance and asset management for ARL's primary sites around the country. Implementing effective process improvements, infrastructure upgrades and IT solutions for numerous high-profile projects, TIAG's work helped ensure a more secure and reliable IT environment for ARL users and scientists.
U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC)
The U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) engaged TIAG's ITSM architects to standardize IT processes across the command. TIAG's design consolidated and supported the mission and IT support requirements for more than 90,000 customers throughout CONUS (inside the continental 48 states) and OCONUS (outside of Continental United States). TIAG's endeavors maximized organizational productivity, minimized support costs, and increased user satisfaction.
