An esteemed leader who believes that working collaboratively yields higher productivity, creativity and quality, Mary Lou is equally devoted to empowering the interdisciplinary teams she directs.

Specializing in health information technology with a focus on military medicine, Mary Lou brings 30 years’ experience in engineering, program and project management. Since joining tiag in 2008, she has expertly managed numerous contract operations and business transformation efforts across the defense health community.

Mary Lou oversees contract financial management, hiring, health informatics content and other deliverables in tiag’s work with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Defense Health Agency, Air Force Medical Operations Agency, and U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, among other contracts. Previously, she provided program management support at CDC’s National Institute for Occupational Safety, and advanced business transformation initiatives for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy.

Before joining tiag in 2008, Mary Lou excelled in program management, biomedical and technical engineering at Georgetown University Medical Center, focusing on digital imaging and information systems. Prior to that, she provided technical support to U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command.
