Demonstrating keen understanding of customer requirements in dynamic, rapid-response environments, coupled with sensitivity to the needs of highly specialized experts, Kate aptly manages mission-critical projects. Working with senior-level teams of technical specialists and subject matter experts, Kate helps advance such initiatives as psychological health, human factors engineering, mobile health application development, and information technology contracts for complex organizations and sizeable municipalities.
Kate facilitates staffing, scope and contract specifics for Seattle-based National Center for Telehealth and Technology (T2), part of Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury — comprising teams of clinical psychologists, researchers, interactive designers and technical specialists who develop behavioral health assessment, screening, reference and treatment tools for the military community.
Kate also balances business processes, budget, work flow and account management with a pragmatic, analytical approach in support of tiag’s IT and project management work for institutions including Edmonds Community College and Bellevue College in Washington state, along with the City of Tacoma’s Information Technology Department, City of Seattle Department of Transportation, and Army Analytics Group in the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Army.
A well-credentialed program management professional, for more than 15 years Kate has excelled in program and project management support for government and private sector organizations. Before joining tiag in 2011, Kate supported T2 as project manger and human resources liaison while employed by General Dynamics Information Technology, and previously, Kate specialized in project management at IntelliTax.
