During his 30-year career as a CPA with eight years in public accounting, Frank gleaned firsthand how sage business decisions involve much more than numbers. Working closely with leadership and professionals at all levels of small, mid-size and large organizations, he mastered a wealth of accounting methodologies along with business development, growth and competitive strategies.

In prior leadership positions ranging from CFO, comptroller, audit manager and accounting manager, Frank served such diverse industries as federal government contracting, professional service firms, trade associations, manufacturers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, trade associations and employee benefit plans. Well-versed in a vast range of accounting procedures and controls, he was immersed in budgeting, planning, financial analysis, forecasting, income taxation, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, human resources, personnel and benefits administration, among other business functions.
