Providing astute guidance and direction fused with sleeves-up tactical implementation, Elizabeth brings more than 17 years’ experience and successes advancing numerous programs throughout federal government. Focusing on health IT, she oversees tiag’s work with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) within U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), among other organizations, and has excelled as a trusted advisor for HHS Office of the Chief Information Officer, Veterans Benefits Administration, Defense Health Agency’s Program Executive Office and Defense Healthcare Management Systems.
