Working directly with key stakeholders in federal government and private sector organizations to define and achieve IT initiatives, Elizabeth specializes in managing mission-critical programs, projects and portfolios. Demonstrating keen expertise in strategic planning, implementation and governance, she adeptly leads cross-functional teams from startup to success.

Providing astute guidance and direction fused with sleeves-up tactical implementation, Elizabeth brings more than 17 years’ experience and successes advancing numerous programs throughout federal government. Focusing on health IT, she oversees tiag’s work within the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), among other organizations, and has excelled as a trusted advisor for HHS Office of the Chief Information Officer, Veterans Benefits Administration, Defense Health Agency’s Program Executive Office and Defense Healthcare Management Systems.
