Brian Morgan

General Manager

Bolstering projects intended to support those who proudly serve American military, Brian Morgan brings nearly 20 years of health care IT institutional knowledge as general manager of tiag’s Veterans Affairs Business Unit. Revered as an accomplished, effective ally for veterans, he possesses vast technical expertise and industry-insider discernment that benefits customers who — like Brian — are determined to make a difference.

“When you spend almost a decade working directly for an agency such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, you never lose the mission. You’re always focused on ensuring the government keeps its promises to our servicemen and women. And I remain 100 percent committed to doing all I can to help better the lives of our service members.”~ Brian Morgan

Collaborative and collegial, Brian provides senior leadership guidance and holistic solutions in tiag’s work with such significant initiatives as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation acquisition program (T4NG). Focused on transformative technology and superlative service, Brian evaluates, oversees and ensures maximum success of solutions tiag recommends and implements — ultimately helping to improve services VA provides to veterans and other beneficiaries.

Brian’s extensive insights, technical capabilities, certifications and credentials swell from an enduring commitment to help service members, veterans and their families. Early in his career as a programmer and developer, he set out to improve the quality of health care by changing how hospitals use digital interfaces. Dedicated to bringing best-in-class health care to our nation’s heroes, his interest in VA initiatives propelled his transition to government contracting work.

Eventually working directly for VA on revolutionary projects, Brian initially served in IT project and program management capacities before taking on such leadership roles as IT lead for VA’s Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record, and IT program manager for its Nationwide Health Information Network (now known as VA’s eHealth Exchange). Before tiag, Brian provided IT services and solutions focused primarily on VA contracts in diverse technical and leadership roles with 7 Delta, Inc. and ManTech International Corporation.

As passionate about the mission as he is about achieving success, Brian refuses to settle for the status quo. Cognizant that tiag’s most important asset is its people, he focuses on compassion and collaboration — uniting team members to accomplish the seemingly impossible, ultimately wowing customers.
